Mesh Machine Enclosure Daventry

Our customer needed to enclose a press machine, so we used the mesh partitioning system to create a safe working zone around it, with a double door to the front of the enclosure giving easy access to load material into the press. The doorway is wider than the largest products they will work on.

The 2 sided mesh screen returned to a wall, where we included a special cut out, made in advance, to go around a wall socket so the customer can continue using it from both sides of the mesh enclosure. These cut outs can either be done in the factory at the time of manufacture, or we can carry out modifications on site.

The mesh partitioning was supplied to a nonstandard height of 2.1m, with a standard 1.8m wide swinging door without an overhead lintel, giving free access to the machine for loading with a forklift truck.

The mesh enclosure was supplied in the standard 40mm x 40mm angled frame with a 50mm x 50mm mesh welded to it.

Although the standard mesh is 50mm x 50mm, these mesh panel systems can be supplied in 25mm x 25mm mesh or even expanded metal for extra security. The standard heights are 2.44m, 3.05m and 3.66m, but it can be manufactured at any height to suit your requirements.

This mesh machine enclosure was installed in Daventry and took 2 men 1 day to complete.
