Parts and Goods Storage Cage

This mesh partitioning system was designed and installed around a customer’s parts and goods storage area, creating a caged area where they can load product straight off the delivery vehicles into the area through one door and then can also feed the production line through the other door as and when they need to.

The Storage cage was done to the next standard height of 3.05m, giving them extra protection from someone trying to climb over the mesh partitioning. As it’s at 3.05m high, it was designed with a post every 2 panels instead of a post every 3 panels, like on the standard 2.44m high partitioning.

During the day, the customer will keep the doors to the storage cage open, and when their team are away from the area, the cage doors will be padlocked closed. The security cage was done using the standard 50mm x 50mm mesh and in standard light grey, but other mesh sizes and paint colours are available upon request.
