Sheet steel weld screen partitioning with large openings in Salisbury

Weld Screen Partitioning Salisbury

We recently supplied and installed steel partitioning to create a few individual weld cells within a customer’s manufacturing facility in Salisbury. The front sheet steel partition was built to an overall height of 3.8m, with 6 openings in it, each 2m wide x 2.4m high.

The overall area was split into 4 areas with 4 low level weld partitions on the inside of the larger front partition. This will allow the customer to weld different parts of their products in each partitioned area.

The large openings then had sliding weld curtains installed to the inside of the support lintels. These can be supplied in green, red or orange, depending on the colour you require.

The weld screens and weld partitioning can be made to suit your requirements. The material is 1mm sheet steel welded to a 40mm x 40mm angle frame, with posts in either 40mm x 40mm or 40mm x 80mm RHS, depending on the height of the partitioning and whether we can fix the posts at the head. For roller shutters and heavy sliding doors, an 80mm x 80mm, 100mm x 100mm or even a 150mm x 150mm box section goal post frame can be manufactured for them to be mounted to.

The weld screen partitioning was supplied in standard light grey, but other standard colours are available, such as black, dark grey, white, yellow and sandstone. Custom colours are also available on request.
