Aerosol Cage Barnsley

Aerosol cages are supplied and installed by us so that companies comply with health and safety as well as insurance companies for storing highly flammable items. The cages need to have a maximum mesh size of 25mm x 25mm, we can supply them in this mesh size of expended metal as well.

The mesh fixes to the rear of the pallet racking are similar to our collapse mesh so no need to alter your existing pallet racking we can work around what you have on site. The roof is installed between roof beams that are secure to the tops of the pallet racking uprights, upright extensions will need to be installed to allow access to the top beam levels.

Fire exits can be installed within the racking to allow staff to escape if a fire does break out, the cages can be supplied with roller shutter doors, as well as gravity sliding doors which are held open on magnetic switches connected to your fire alarm and once the fire alarm sounds then the magnetic switch releases the doors closing off the cage within a few seconds, yet still allow access for staff to escape.
