Safety Fencing

Machine safety fencing was supplied and installed, on a rotating cable twisting and manufacturing machine, the guarding was installed on the machine at around 10m from the floor.

The customer had pre-welded mounting plates to the machine to allow for an easier installation at height, the whole fencing will rotate with the machine so we changed the mesh size to 50mm x 50mm as it is only going to be used as a fence to prevent persons falling from the floor when they access to set the machine up, this also allows for less drag as the machine rotates.

Supplied in the standard black panels and yellow posts to an overall height of 2.3m and panels at 2.2m high, with kick plates around the bottom of the fencing to prevent objects from being kicked off the platform.

Safety Fencing was also supplied and installed to a non-rotating platform that allows access onto this platform when it reaches an exact location, supplied with a single sliding door which was installed with a trap key system.
