Bespoke guarding & Bespoke Machine Safety Fencing:

As well as the standard Modular machine guarding systems that we can supply and install we also supply bespoke guarding systems that are manufactured to suit you requirements.

This particular customer required large sliding doors to allow open access for loading and unloading the machine, these open to 5m wide withe supporting wheels on the front.

The customer also required 2 large doors to open on the corner of the guarding as they only had a small test area and they needed to load through the outer roller shutter doors.

We had supplied the project with mounting brackets so that they could install the key exchange system to the fencing that the customer needed to ensure the safe access into the machine when the process has completed.

The bespoke guarding was supplied and installed in Aberdeen, and took 3 days to install.
