Security Cage for Rochdale

This cage was designed to go around 2 rows of pallet racking withing a customers warehouse, the mesh to the rear of the pallet racking was attached in the same way the anti-collapse mesh is fixed to it via stand-off brackets, the ends of each cage where free standing, with 1 emergency fire door on one end and a roller shutter door at the other which can also be wired into the fire alarm system to create and aerosol cage. The mesh on this cage was 25mm x 25mm but they could also be done in 50mm x 50mm mesh, All solid panels or even solid to part height and then mesh above, the panels can be made to suite the requirements of the customer.

The cage also was supplied and installed with a mesh roof over the top that was supported from Roof beams that were connected to the top of the pallet racking.

This partitioning hade to be also designed to go around the roof line of the building, so we had to drop the roof and side walls to follow the roof line as shown in the pictures.

We supplied and installed 2 of these cages in Rochdale next to each other approx. 20m long x 12m high x 6m wide, these took approx. 6 days to install each of them.
