Single Skin Gloucester

This Project Was supplied and installed in Gloucester, and the solid partitioning was used to define the production facility and to split the unit into 2 sections so that the noisy machinery to the rear was partitioned off.

We used the single skin sheet steel partitioning for this, which went from the floor into the roof of the building and down both sides of the unit. The large openings left within the partitioning are where the customer will now install rapid roller shutter doors for forklift access through from one side to the other.

The partitioning was supplied with 2 further single access doors, one of which was on an allocated fire exit route.

This type of system can also be used as warehouse partitioning, office partitioning and security partitioning where you don’t want people looking at your products.

To protect the partitioning further, we also installed Armco barriers to protect the partitioning from the forklift trucks damaging this. These were supplied in standard galvanised finish with yellow support posts,

This project took 3 days to install for 4 guys and was finished in the standard grey; other paint colours can be supplied as requested.
