Double Skin Partitioning Exeter

We used the double skin partitioning system to create a few different rooms for different uses within a customer’s new Warehouse. The Partitioning rooms will be used for a manager’s office, Canteen area, storeroom and a Showroom area for the customers.

The Double Skin Partitioning was supplied in Standard white with Dark grey doors and fascia boards, giving a great contrast. The canteen area had an infill of OSB so that the customer could mount kitchen wall cabinets to one side of the double skin partitioning.

The showroom partitioning also had access to a toilet area, and the partitioning was designed and installed to give access to this, and the new partitioning door sits in front of where the old one was taken out to give it a fresh and seamless look.

The Partitioning is standard 50mm thick with rockwool inserted in between 2 pieces of sheet steel that links together with a jointing biscuit, this in turn slots into another panel and a half biscuit on the post, connecting 3 panels.

All of the areas were installed with their one suspended ceiling over the top, and one room had a set of double doors at the rear to allow access to the mains electric circuit board.
