Mesh Security Cages

On this project we used the standard mesh partitioning but we installed large double swinging doors across 3 sections of the cage, so instead of the standard angled frame doors we used 40mm x 40mm box section framed doors which where hung from heavy duty farm gate type hinges and in turn welded to 100mm x 100mm box section posts with a supporting wheel at the leading edge of the door to ensure that the doors opened correctly.

On 2 sided, the partitioning was supplied to the standard height of 2.44m, but on one of the sides that went under the mezzanine floor we had to reduce the height to 2.35m so that it didn’t clash with the lighting the customer has installed.

As well as the 3 large 5 & 6m wide doors we had on the front, we also installed 1 single swinging access door to the side for staff to gain access to check parts and stock.
All finished in the standard mesh size of 50mm x 50mm and in standard Grey BS00A05; other mesh sizes and colours are available upon request.
