Security and Storage Cages Newcastle

We supplied and installed these mesh storage and security cages within a facility in Newcastle. The customer wanted to make use of some small areas that were being used for dumping unused material. We went to site to measure up for the storage and security cages and gave the customer a couple of options, going through the areas with them and what they wanted to store in there. They have now rented these spaces out to their own customers to store products inside.

Each storage cage height was determined by the building structure within each area, and the mesh security cage used double lift panels to stop anyone easily getting over the top of the partitioning.

The storage cages were fitted with 40mm x 40mm box section framed swinging doors to give a more secure cage and a more robust door panel. The security and storage cages can also be supplied with sliding doors or roller shutter doors if required.

The customer will also add their own access control systems, linked to their on site systems, so that only they and the customer renting the space can get inside each storage cage.

The mesh security cages were shipped to Newcastle and then moved into the 2 areas. The install took 2 guys 1 day, and the cages were finished in standard light grey with the standard 50mm x 50mm mesh. They can also be supplied in 25mm x 25mm mesh, expanded metal, half solid half mesh, all solid, or with mesh hatches for loading through when used as stock or store rooms.
