Double Skin Partitioning Cheshire
This was a double skin partitioning supplied and installed in Cheshire. This was to be used as a part spray booth area for the customer using a monorail to load the products, drop them down in the area for coating, and then would exit the room for packing, ready for shipping to the customer. The customer installed the mezzanine floor above and the suspended ceiling. The partitioning has a top channel which connects to the underside of the mezz floor and the suspended ceiling. The double skin panels also have a floor track, and the panels drop into this and the panels slot into each other. The double doors have their frame around them, which is fixed to the posts. The doors were just fitted with handles and push pad plates with door closers.
Customer required a couple of windows next to and in the doors for visibility of product being collected and dropped off in the area.
The installation took 2 days for 2 of our installers and was finished in a standard white RAL9010.
