Mezzanine Floor Edge Protection

This is supplied and installed in Mansfield, around the edge of a mezzanine floor to prevent staff and product falling onto persons below.

With the customer using the floor to store product on they decided to go with the floor guard instead of a standard handrail. The panels have a built-in kick plate and are supplied with a post for every panel and an integrated handrail. The posts are secured through the chipboard floor to the underside with heavy-duty flat bar square washers.

These projects were supplied in Sheffield and Mansfield, the project in the graphite grey took 1 day to complete for 3 men and the light grey mezzanine floor guard took 2 days to install for 3 men.

The system was supplied at 2.2m high but alternative heights are available on request, the panels can be supplied with a different mesh size or even supplied with solid panels and windows if required.
