Mezzanine Floor Guard

The mezzanine floor guards were supplied and installed around the edge of the mezzanine floor in Winsford to protect persons from fall over the edge and to also prevent product from dropping onto persons and the machines below.

Mezzanine edge protection comes with a built-in handrail and kickplate with a post every panel normally every 1.22m wide, max panel width. The floor guards were designed around the customers pallet gates that they were due to install after the edge protection had been installed. The purple colour was in-line with the customer own corporate colours and was a special paint colour but it can be easily done to you colours as well.

The floor guard is fixed through the chipboard to either the steel below or with square washers to the underside to spread the fixing load across the chipboard.

Supplied to the standard height of 2.44m with 50mm x 50mm mesh.

This install took 2 men 2 days in Winsford, Cheshire.
