Robot Welding Cell

Billington Safety Systems have supplied and installed a Robot Welding Cell for a customer in Burton On Trent, with a timely installation time of 2 days and featuring weld flash orange windows, and a cut-out roof for an extraction hood to be fitted.

This customer is installing a welding robot to speed up the production of moving brackets and parts by purchasing a refurbished robot and a new turntable for loading and unloading parts while the robot welds on the other side.
