Weld Cell enclosures Congleton

The project was a mixture of the double skin partitioning and the single skin all steel partitioning to create 5 individual sized welding areas for our customer. The partitioning had weld screens across most of the rooms, 1 having a double screen that met on a corner for bring long tubular items in for welding, with another large room split into 3 smaller areas with dividing room weld curtains which could also then be used as one large room with weld screens across the front. This gave the customer the flexibility on how they used each room.

Ducting and dust extraction has also been installed along the back of each room, with cable tray mounting plates on the inside of the single skin partitioning to allow for a flat surface finish for the able trays to be easily install onto.

All areas included a suspended ceiling with bagged insulation over the top to reduce noise outside of the enclosure and finished off with a blue fascia board to cover the ceiling supports and hanging wires.

The double and single skin partitioning were finished in standard white but finished off with the customers corporate blue on the doors and fascia boards similar to others we have supplied to site.

The project was supplied and installed in Congleton and took 3 men 7 working days to complete
