Outdoor handrail & Pallet Gate for Rochdale

This was supplied and installed in Rochdale to protect staff from falls at the height of the edge of a raised outdoor dock loading area where the customer had a storage container. They would be loading and unloading this next to a drop, putting their staff in a very unsafe situation. To allow them to continue using the shipping container for storage, we also installed an up-and-over pallet gate to allow them to take pallets on and off the raised dock area.

Also within one of their other smaller storage units, we installed a gas spring-operated drop-down pallet gate, which again was made specifically for the unit due to the height on the upper level. We had to then make a small infill piece to the left-hand side to prevent someone falling through the gap.

We can also provide heavy duty barriers from bigger box sections to prevent damage to Pallet racking, protect walkways & around Production areas
