Single Skin Cheshire

We have supplied and installed this single skin partitioning system to act as a safe working area protection partitioning; this means that the customer will be using the area to build pallets and one-off stillages for the products to leave the warehouse on.

They wanted somewhere where they could build these items using air nail guns and so protection persons walking nearby from a miss fire or the operators being distracted, but they did want a single window next to the door opening to view what the operators were doing. After we had install the single skin partitioning the customer then installed air lines and also electrics within the enclosure.

The customer didn’t want the top hats to mount the cable trays on, as they were running the cabling onto the one post, but we can supply the partitioning with a flat plate to the inside of all cabling trunking to run around the walls for sockets and internet ports

This was supplied in the standard grey colour to the standard height of 2440mm, and in total, the customer had 5 of these work areas/work pods at the end of the packing line.

These partitioning systems were installed in Cheshire and were made to fit between the customer’s mezzanine floor uprights and the 5 partitioning work areas/pods, too 2 days to install.
